These sweet treats have been a favorite in Erica’s family for years. They are easy to make and
add Christmas cheer to any cookie platter. We usually make a few batches and freeze them to
enjoy throughout the season. You can simply place wax paper layers into a container. We hope
you enjoy these as much as we do!
• 6 ounces of salted butter
• 16 ounce bag of jumbo marshmallow
• 5 cups of CornFlakes
• Cinnamon Red Hot candies
• Green food coloring
STEP 1: Prepare two cookie sheets with wax paper or silicone baking sheets.
STEP 2: In a large pot, melt the butter on low heat.
STEP 3: Add in marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
STEP 4: Once marshmallows are melted, turn off heat.
STEP 5: Add drops of food coloring and stir until you achieve your desired green wreath color.
STEP 6: Add in Corn Flakes and stir until coated.
STEP 7: Using your hands, mold mixture into loose balls and place on cookie sheets.
*PRO TIP: Spraying PAM on your hands makes this messy process much easier!*
STEP 8: While still warm, place 4-5 Cinnamon RedHot candies on your wreaths.
STEP 9: Let cool at room temperature and enjoy!
